FAQ

Personal Care questions

Still have a question? Call 604-989-8925 and talk to a real person.

Is personal care a medical service?

No. Personal care is non-medical support with daily tasks like bathing, dressing and toileting. We don't provide nursing, medication administration or wound care.

Can the same caregiver come each visit?

We aim to keep a consistent caregiver for each client, because familiarity matters most with personal care. Tell us if continuity is a priority and we'll plan around it.

What if my parent is uncomfortable accepting help?

That's common. We start with the tasks they find hardest, follow their preferences, and let trust build over the first few visits.

How do I get started?

Call us at 604-989-8925 or send the form below. We'll talk through the routine, the hours needed and when you'd like care to start.
