Meal Preparation

Meal Preparation for Seniors in the Lower Mainland, BC

Regular, home-cooked meals and help at the table when it's needed

Skipped meals and empty fridges are often the first sign someone needs support. Our caregivers plan and cook meals the client enjoys, follow any dietary instructions the family gives us, and help with eating when that's part of the care.
